Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, such as:
Hijabs or scarves that have been worn or tried on
Intimate or personal wear (e.g., undercaps)
Gift cards and digital/downloadable products
Custom or personalized items
To complete your return, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and to inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account or credit card again.
Contact your card provider — refunds may take some time to appear officially.
Then contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
