If your item shows any defect related to production or material quality, we’ll happily replace it free of charge.
Please note that our warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
Items lost or damaged after delivery
We accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery date.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Tags must be intact and the product should be in a saleable condition.
Please note:
Change of mind or wrong size selection is not eligible for return or exchange.
Customised or personalised items (including monogrammed scarves) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

You’ll be responsible for the return postage — we recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@designerscarf.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not accepted.
