Latest Processing and Delivery Updates

We’re pleased to share that our current order processing times are running smoothly.
In rare cases, you may experience a short delay of 1–3 business days due to seasonal demand or courier capacity.

We’re committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible and will send you a tracking email once your parcel has been shipped.

We kindly note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to courier or customs delays.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Once your order has been placed, please allow 1–3 business days for it to be prepared, packaged, and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the next business day.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately to speed up processing.


Estimated Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 2–5 Business Days (Royal Mail / Evri)
Europe: 5–10 Business Days
International: 7–14 Business Days

Please note that international shipments may experience customs processing delays, which are beyond our control.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, but we’ll always do our best to ensure prompt delivery.


Change or Cancel an Order

We begin preparing your order immediately after it’s placed, so changes or cancellations are not always possible.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — however, you may be eligible for a return (see our Returns & Refund Policy).

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, please allow 3–10 business days for funds to appear in your account.

We accept all major payment options, including:

All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£). If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion rates.


Product Availability

We strive to keep all items in stock; however, occasionally, a product may become unavailable after you place your order.
If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately and offer an alternative or a full refund.

We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.


Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier’s website.

If your tracking number shows as “label created” for a few days, don’t worry — this simply means the parcel is awaiting its first scan by the courier.
